it's the standard 17" rear wheel.
Mark very kindly gave me a copy of twist of the wrist, and that has made alot of sense. I have a feeling from reading that, that i may well have been holding the bars too tightly. Alot of the symptoms were there, and i reckon that i am more likely to be the problem rather than the bike. Once i have some cash i might get RO's fork upgrade kit anyway, more for my peace of mind that any benefit to my speed

It will be much better on the track than standard springs so might help your speed also!

Yes it might help my speed, but only a very small amount
