Could be. Is it a 17" or 18" rear wheel?

it's the standard 17" rear wheel.
Mark very kindly gave me a copy of twist of the wrist, and that has made alot of sense. I have a feeling from reading that, that i may well have been holding the bars too tightly. Alot of the symptoms were there, and i reckon that i am more likely to be the problem rather than the bike. Once i have some cash i might get RO's fork upgrade kit anyway, more for my peace of mind that any benefit to my speed :grin:

It will be much better on the track than standard springs so might help your speed also! ;)

Yes it might help my speed, but only a very small amount :grin:
Will the fork seals have to be replaced when fitting Ricks upgrage kit?
