If you have a look at the m/c setup and NC handlebar angle, the brakeline bolt is the highest point in the sealed brake system, so air often rises and gets trapped there. Good thing it's easy to get rid of.

Just bleed the bolt like above until no more air bubbles come out.

Yes I have one on my racebike ;)

Cracking the bolt open works just as well IMO but I don't think honda would recommend it seeing as they regard copper crush washers as single use only...

Cheers, i will try cracking the bolt and see how it goes, i have left the brakes so any air in the system should have collected in the master cylinder/banjo.

Cracking the banjo bolt on the master cylinder and bleeing that too sure did the trick.
I thought i would leave it for 2 days to let any air gather in the banjo bolt then blead it and hey presto, proper working brakes woo hoo.
