The cylinder head and cylinder are part of the crankcase ? Thats a bit odd. Im sure i saw a gasket there. lol

I'll have to go and have a look incase i'm going crazy.

The cylinder head comes off.

The barrels are part of the crankcase. (split horizontally)

The head-gasket you will struggle to get but you can adapt an NC30 one with ease..

Having pulled it apart i have seen the way its split. Pity the barrels are attached to the crankcase as mine are damaged. bah.

It's a Honda thing!

Makes you appreciate the ZXR's just pull off.. mind you on the ZXR you need to pull them off more than usual.. with the hondas they usually last :)

The manual lists 2 turns out on the pilot screws but i can seem to see any on the carbs, does anyone have a picture of the location ?

There on the inside of the carbs

[1].-.[2]
[3]'-'[4]

If you look into them they'll be quite high up where the .'s and ''s are :)

I use 2 as a base setting.

I think mine range from between 2.1/8 to 2.5 out depending on bike.

There on the inside Sides.. so it's looking from the outside side inwards.
