so, if we want to do a 520 conversion, we can use 650R front sprocket, with 900RR or 99-02 R6 rear sprocket...

as the 900RR bolts is slightly bigger, can we still use with straight swap or any adjustment needed ?

Yep, 650R stock but you may have to space it on the engine side, I'll let ya know tomorrow exactly how much, and for the rear either a F4,F4i, or a 900RR rear sprocket will fit in a 520 conversion but it may be advisable to put some washers on the outside of the sprocket, as the 400 holes are 10.5mm and the 900RR are 12.5mm.
