Correct (looks similar to my rc30 top rad, the bottom rad is standard nc30). The yahoo japan seller has been trying to sell them as nc30 hrc kit rads for 6 months now...

Parus: you could get a much bigger, more effective and cheaper radiator from another model of bike and make it fit.

I thinking about cbr600rr radiator from latest model. Currently I'm run cbr600f2 radiator - it's almost bolt on and about 20% wider than stock nc29.

And one more question about ram air. What do you think if I fabricate following to send air flow under radiator to standad airbox pipes that connect to the frame. In this case I can avoit fitting HRC airbox, but of course size of the airbox is smaller.

But this one also use stock airbox and it should be fine.

Any objection?

Get a R6 rad, not the current model but the one before. It bolts straight on to the top mounts and the ram air funnel fits perfectly. You will need to bodge up the hoses a bit but it is an easy fix.

A few pics. they aren't very good as the bike looks a bit sad after a 80km/hr off last year and I'm struggling to get the enthusiasm to fix it.

The connectors are some car heater hoses and some 20mm alloy pipe from the hardware store. I've used a bolt and just screwed it into the spare outlet, sealed it with some silicon I had here and lockwired it in.

The rad is about 20% bigger than the standard one.
