Its simple... 4 plugs 2 coils.. 1 and 4 together and 2 and 3 together. Count 1 from the LHS when sitting on the bike from my schematic. Its not rocket science and if you have it working in what looks a different configuration, I bet of you mapped it out, its exactly what I have in my link.. If its runs, job done.
