Just for looks alone Id go for a 160 rear it looks sooooo much better, and for normal to fast road riding you will never tell the difference

I use pirelli diablo H's and so have been well happy with em, quick to heat up and good in all weathers. Next tyres i am going to try are Maxxis Supermaxx Sports on the dymags, heard good things about them and cheap at £124 including delivery from C J Wilson

What price would you expect to pay for a set of BT090's. Where would you guys recommend to get them from at a good price.

Just looked on
http://www.blackcirlces.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Bridgestone BT090 rear is £101.58 and front is £78.21 plus £12 carriage total is £191.79 but then you have to get them fitted, not sure what the cost of fitting would be.

Im using pirelli diablo rosso's on my nc35 at the moment, found them brilliant in the dry and not toobad in the wet either. These are the first set of tyres ive bought for the bike as only had it about a year but am pleased with them.
Probably will get some bridgestones when these wear to compare the two

The Diablo Rosso is a z rated tyre which is harder and takes longer to warm up. The Pirelli Diablo H is the sticky 400 type tyre and has not really been advertised much, i have found it offers far more grip than the rosso and i would say performs just as well as the bt090 which i had fitted previously on the rvf. The nc30 i have, came fitted with rosso's but i am replacing these with maxxis supermaxx presas in a 120/60 and 160/60 size as you just can not get heat into the rosso's when it's damp.

Went to the annual dutch bike show/fair today. Talked to a nice lady that works for Bridgestone Nederland and asked about the BT090's as I had info that these might be dicontinued overhere (not sure if this also affects other countries) and she checked here data and confirmed back to me that this is true! They stopped making them for this country. Current stocks are sold as. And is replaced by the BT003 Road tyre (and there is also an BT003 for race use).
I really like the BT090's on my RVF (had BT092 front and BT010 rear on my ex-NC30 which was a very nice combination). Not sure about the new replacement. Anyone on here have used them before...?
