That's correct. Standard jetting for a late model nc30. Going to 118 front and 120 rear would suit your can better.
A very good chance all that crud is casuing dramas!

Any Keihin dealer will have them, or most dyno places.
Rick Oliver is a member on here (look him up) and can also supply what you need at a good price.
While you have the carbs off, good time to check that the pilot screws are set right. They should be all set at 2 turns out (standard setting), most peeps set them at 2.25 turns out to suit an aftermarket pipe.

Check that the carbs are seated properly, good chance an air leak is responsible.
I use a torch and inspect them carefully. You could also spray wd40 around the base of the carbs, if it has an air leak the revs will rise.

hi all put some new plugs in and run lots better but still not right, still sort of misfires, no air leaks or anything, getting the carbs syncronised at the weekend hope that helps, if not on the dyno

Did you clean out the pilot jets so you can just about see daylight through them ?
I normally use a single strand of fine wire.

any chance that you cleaned them meticilously, then put the same petrol in and that is wherein the problem lies? is the bike kept outside not under a cover? has it been sat up previous to you have it?
