Yes, I believe they do.

You can pick up rs250 calipers pretty easily off yaoo japan, but they're a bit pricey.

I recently put new brake pads in and discovered one of my calipers didn't have the spring in. But it had been braking just fine up until that point so I didn't worry. No drama's yet

I ran without springs in my racing this weekend..and never noticed any difference..lol
