what sort of prehistoric tyre is that on the bike. throw an alpha 10 on it and she'll be even sweeter. single pot front calipers :scare:

I've got a set of bridgestone slicks to use on the track, the tyres in the pics came with the bike. Only paid £200 for it as a non running shed, cleaned the carbs out & it fired up straight away. £50 for the fairing & seat unit, £10 for Halfords satin black & its ready to go. Single pot calipers are easily up to the job, they dont exactly have to stop an R1.

Thats my usual aproach, followed by fairing repairs with tape & cable ties so maybe you have a point.

hi you say this is a gsxr fairing, is it easey to fit. I got a 3en1 track bike which i crashed at mallory, having a job getting a race fairing to fit it.
