Exup bushes
Hi all, anyone know the dimensions (using a micrometer) of the EXUP solid bush?
This is the bush that the EXUP valve swings on. Yamaha here wants $50 each for
something worth $6. Bugger if I will pay $50.

Re: Exup bushes
I got around to taking off the exup valve bushes yesterday. Looks like a carbon bush and also has a dust seal on the outside.
The size for future reference is ID 10mm x OD 17mm x 7mm
Question, what would be the best way to get the inside bush out of the exup housing?

From the parts listing the same bush is used at both ends.Morespeedvicar wrote:Hi, i dont think the one in the exup housing is bushed (mine wasnt worn that end), i just pressed the pipe in the ceramic bush in the cable end.
