You reckon repacking will help? It's a 55mm bore stubby can that's 230mm long, so rather large diameter and short baffle area?!? Still I suppose it's cheap. :)

Oh - if it's a stubby then just get a propper can ... even if it's a "race" can of the propper length.

Haven't seen a proper can yet. I'll try and find a 3HE or 3EN link pipe and weld the crush seal joiner to the Thundercat exhaust.
