ha bit more than a wash, went through a whole tube of autosol still couldnt get some of the thick corosion out but on the whole it looks good, very good for a race bike

Wow impressive, will it stay like that ? I mirror polished me R1 frame took me 16hrs and 8hrs more for the swinger, I love me bling me, was only sayin today how easy it would be to mirror polish the RVF's frame :lol: 8-)

thanks Spike, just one more...lol - the rear mounting plate if you can get one!

Where it mounts to the stubby on the motor.

Reason is that it looks a hell of a lot like the HRC wannabe system I had off Giff. It was mild steel though but the front pipes look similar and the joins half way down the tops of the rear pipes are also alike.

I'll dig some pics out..or it will be in here somewhere a few pages back!

here you go, its mild steel and I have plans in the future to get one made out of stainless...or possible Ti, wen I have a CNC miling maching to play with at uni :twisted:

and as far as mirror finish'ing goes i prefer brushed ally look to mirror polish, smev's just mirror polished his frame and swinger tho and it does look cool took him a while mind he did have a 3 month holiday to a hot an sandy place in the middle ;)

Spike, it's a 'full-ish' system, it still uses the standard rear manilfold. The tyga above doesn't so is a true full system.

yeh I was gona mention that, just when most people talk about a half system it use's the front down pipes mines more of a 3/4 system lol

Hey just wondering what the general consensus is on a full Ethos system for an RVF400?
I've someone that wants to swap my standard system for their Ethos for $550 only(It's an importer that just wants a standard sytem for complaince and sales)?
So how's it's power, sound and how much are these full systems worth?
