GK76A Fork seals
I'm sure this topics been raised before but I couldn't find anything in the archives so thought I'd ask for assistance.
I have a number of repairs t do on my bike but the first job is to tackle the fork seals.
Does anyone have insructions/ workshop manual/ advice on how to do this job?
So far all I've found is tech specs but could really do with some step by step instructions.
Wondered if the forks may be the same as a RGV250?

Re: GK76A Fork seals
Thanks Vivo, all received. I'm guessing the USD forks are similar to doing normal fork seals?

Re: GK76A Fork seals
The forks are now stripped down using Vivo's instructions and now waiting for the parts to turn up.
Thanks again for the info Vivo.

Re: GK76A Fork seals
Have now replaced th seals and re-assembled the forks as pr Vivo's instructions (thanks again Vivo).
Only thing I'm still unsure of is the air gap thing. I put 390ml of oil in each leg and screwed the top on as per instructions but have no idea how to check air gap.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
