I doubt it will be much trouble ... but you'll need to know the dimensions across the inside of the frame the dimension across the outside of new swingarm and the diameter of the pivot pin.
I'd be encouraged by the engine's being similar and the frame being visually similar too. I think the rear wheels and tyres are similar sizes (you need to check that) so the front and rear sprockets should line up.
What you need to ask yourself is .... how much will it cost in money and time, and, what will you actually gain ???

in my new job i work for the local college and we have a motor veichle department which will be moving to a new building shortly and they have less space so its time for reapproiating of parts that are no longer used or needed and they have a nicely polished 3en2 swingarm that will be coming home with me on a long term loan basis

Slap it in then ... the 3EN2 arm looks like the 3TJ
