CREAKING NOISE
My bike seems to have developed a creaking noise when the rear suspension is compressed, problem is it's so loud that i can't pinpoint it to cure it. I've sprayed a whole large can of wd40 on just about every joint and pivot point on the frame subframe and suspension to no avail. it still creaks like an old barn door and is soooooo annoying..anyone ever had this before and if so how did you cure it...?

Re: CREAKING NOISE
They might be seized so strip and clean to evaluate the problem.

Re: CREAKING NOISE
I think you can still get the linkage from Yamaha - Phil's 3en2 did this (or something like it)

On a completely different topic, Can you supply inner and outer bushes for 38mm front forks?

Um .... the picture in your other thread showed what I thought to be a 3en2 .... that's a 41mm fork, and 298mm dia discs .... unless you've got an 3en1 or fzr 600 3HE front end.buzzawak wrote:Hi Lajracing, lajracing wrote:They might be seized so strip and clean to evaluate the problem.

Remember we concluded that its a 1wg with 3en2 bits bolted on.Evilchicken0 wrote: Um .... the picture in your other thread showed what I thought to be a 3en2 .... that's a 41mm fork, and 298mm dia discs .... unless you've got an 3en1 or fzr 600 3HE front end.
The forks are 38mm (I measured them with my trusty digital micrometer).
