I thought they were 12mm? Or do I have NC24 bolt sizes mixed upCMSMJ1 wrote:I know I used a 10mm std socket on mine...

However, I think he means to split them apart?
It's big-ish.. T30 or T40.
I don't have a caliper on hand but i'll check later if your still stuck...

Mine have Torx too...but am sure I got them off with a 10mm socket last time.. I have not had chance to go and check but I am putting my bike away in a bit so I'll check it out..

Pretty sure I use a 12mm 6 point torx.
Hmm, you might be able to get them with a 10mm socket, never tried.

Yes, it is a 6 point 10mm socket I have used. Checked it last night.. slightly loose...but when nothing else is to hand

Re: nc30 calipers - external torx size?
external torx bits are measured with E[size]
ie
1/4" Drive E4 E5 E6 E7 E8
3/8" Drive E10 E11 E12 E14
1/2” Drive E16 E18 E20 E22 E24
any idea what the correct E number is as the socket is only £3.49 each down my local motor factors.. i'm guessing an e10?

Nah there bigger than that!! E10 is tiiiny.
Why not take the caliper down the factors and match up a socket?
