NC23 HISSING SOUND WHEN TURNED OFF AND GETS HOT QUICK

Ok all, the update is so far... took out thermostat last night, it says 82 deg on it...... put it in cool water beyond boiling water (To the point of steam lol) and still firmly stuck closed, so my guess it no water going around cooling system and it's just cooking whats in rad and then releasing the pressure..... so a shiny new one me thinks and I'll get a pressure cap for safe measure and hopefully report all sorted......
