DownPipes

Post by CBRNoob »

Hey

My NC29 came with downpipes and a slip on micron can.

the problem is someone had welded the flanges on squint, so it the bolt holes dont line up correctly on the headers, and it was a bad welding that they put holes in the pipes.

so i bought another set of downpipes from a guy selling them on here, through ebay, any way the look in brill condition, but they have flange at the end for a bolt on exhaust. i dnt fancy buying another exhaust can again.

do think it possbile to cut of the flange and just slip the exhaust on, but it looks awefuly close to the bend.

Thanks :D
