Help. Need your advice. Fuel and carb.
Problem A - Fuel Pump
I have faced with following problems. Fuel pump doesn't work, to check this I do following
1. Connect fuel pump directly to battery and fuel pump works properly.
2. Unplug cut-off relay wiring connector and connect across the relay black and blue\black wire and fuel pump works properly.
3. Connect all together and fuel pump doesn't pump the fuel. I remove pipe that go from pump to carburetor and when you switch ignition ON fuel doesn't go from pipe. But it go when I connect fuel pump directly to battery.
How possible to check that cut-off relay is not broken ? Problem is that I have no another one to check.
Problem B - carburetor
When fuel pump working and the fuel pump to carb. From one pipe marked with red arrow fuel is go, but second one (left) still dry ever I lock right pipe with bolt.

Sorry for my english...

Hi Parus
Looking at the Haynes manual the feed to the relay is from the ign/start fuse, have you checked this fuse? The switched side then goes direct to the pump. But im guessing that the blue/yellow and yellow blue cables from the ignition control unit then switches the relay putting a feed onto the pump. Are all the connections ok at the cdi?
Chris.
