chain and sprokets nc23 import rrk

Post by wig »

Does trhe import 89 rrk use the same chain and sprocket as the other cbr400?
I have heard of people having difficulty getting a drive chain for them?
also should I| chance buying a used one or new?

Manual says:
RK525SM4 or DID525V8 (106 links, split)

I wouldn't buy a used chain.

Graeme France quoted me 112 quid for a Renthal chain and sprocket set specific to my bike (same as yours), brand new with delivery on top.

A fair price i would say and from a reliable knowledgable source.

Look for France and Li Asia trading on these here boards :)
