That's Astroboy, it's a Manga style japanese cartoon, a crime fighting robot boy very popular with the, lets say the older generation... I only know because I designed the DVD menu for it.

Quality! Love a bit of the Anime/Manga, and Astro Boy is a proper classic.

Wasted on the young 'uns I guess ;)
