According to my nc21/24 parts book it is 24720-MLO-000 or 24720-MLO-020
You do realise that the NC21 is using the identical gear lever?
Have you tried David Silver? 01728 833020
If you cannot find a new one you will either have to repair the old one or buy a second-hand one

Do you mean the selector fork from inside the gearbox or the gear lever you put your foot on?
