Late model Hornet calipers
Has any one fitted these or know of any others that are a straight-ish bolt on ?

Which model do you mean? Previous models has same caliper as cbr400. So, there is no benefits to changes them.

I would recommend brembo with adaptors in case you're not going to change complete front end the the bike. Gavin selling adaptors for 65mm mounting centres.

For 2002 hornet it is bolt-on, because this is the same calipers. You wouldn't get any benefits.
