look at the rotor that passes by the pick up that is the difference

yu mean in terms of the distance between the rotor and the pickup? a bit hard to see both in operation since the pickup is held on the casing!gsxr400 racer wrote:look at the rotor that passes by the pick up that is the difference

Just measure the distances between the centre of the casing and the pickup that'll show you if its different.

yea - i know their different, but could use some context to understand how this is a solution?
Have been looking at making better earth connections between the engine and frame this evening, and its producing much better sparks....
next step is to rejuvenate all the engine/frame mount points to clean em up and help a better earth connection from the plug returning toward the battery.
Willll update with the results tomorro.

well cleaning off the engine mounts did the trick for the spark - sorted on every crank....
