hey there my bike is just over 40000k's so i think i should check the valves. sounds alot of k's but on a bike this good i just can't stop riding it. Read the piece from viper and sounds pretty simple so i think i may have to have a bash. Got a quote from garage and they wanted nearly 200 squid.

Where are you based?

There are plenty members here only too willing to help out/supervise/do the job for a few beers (or ciders ) if you can get to them.

Im from ramsgate in kent. I think i will give it a bash myself first, its good to get the experience i reakon but its good to know i can ask for help if i get stuck at all. Its really nice being a part of something where people are so genuinally friendly towards each other.

Yeah, I can do that - providing we aren't looking at a 400 miles round trip of course!
