forgot to say usedd fair bit of shaking up and down as well as pulling back to get em off.. they were in there well tight.

cheers that helps a lot. its 20X harder than the zxr400, you take off the tank and the carbs sit on the top. easy as anything to get at. shouldv got a zxr :x
