the actual expansion bottle?
take it off and just pour it away?
If you mean the whole lot from the motor then I would reckon there is a drain bolt on the water pump.

If you mean just drain what's in there out you will have syphon it out with a bit of pipe.
If you want to drain it and clean the crap out of it you will have to remove the rear shock or it's impossible to remove the bottle.
