CBR600 F3 shock into a NC29 - Correct???

Post by domski »

Can someone please confirm that a shock from a 1995 - 1998 CBR600 F3 will fit directly into my 1992 CBR400 NC29.

Many thanks

not without grinding a bit of the linkage out the way first.
the rebound is on the side instead of the back of the shock so will catch/stick,till you grind a section out to allow for it.

Just FYI. I use FOX Racing shock with adjustable height. Not any drilling at all.

Thanks PARUS.

I will be getting a proper race shock, but at the moment I only have a small budget.
