What bike? RVF is 15/38 standard and VFR is 15/40. -1 on the front is good for a bit more acceleration. Personally speaking I run a 14/40 set-up with a gold X-ring Tsubaki chain on my VFR.

iv gone down the 520 route but im looking to race th ebike this year and 520 is a bit lighter but tbh i doubt it wont make that much of a difference, 520's arnt ment to last aslong aswell but iv got a mte who's done 12k on his monster with 520 and its still in great nick, he does have a snotoiler tho

525 on the road, 520 seems like a race set-up rather than a road one.

525 / Standard gearing.

Maybe -1 / -2 on the rear depending on where your racing it.
