Nc24 Project build, first pics
Hi, so I thought I'd put up a small thread to show the project progress. With many thanks for the abundance of advice and motivation from forum members and associates. Thanks
Much more to do yet
But getting there.

Looks nice, what shock and forks do you have on it? Are you going with original bodywork?

Yeah the forks are gsxr400, kayaba ?, gk76a and the rear shock is '04 cbr600rr showa. the bodywork is origional and will be going back on in origional colours, if i can find the paint. thare's a pic of it with some panels in the gallery p 19.

:D
cush is in the works procces at the mo, calipers are gsxr400 nissin, wheel is standard nc24. i might have rebuilt the carbs differently but i'm sure they were aranged as that when i took them to bits, they work fine, so far, so good. think they are run of the mill '24 ones , vdec , painted with radiator paint for the benefit of cooling ect.
paint will remain orig' scheme, it's nice

Re: Nc24 Project build, first pics
aah
And maybe im looking at the picture wrong but it looks like the throttle cables run to the right hand side of the bike?
On the NC24 they should run to the left.. like this...

I'll double check the parts book but i've messed with loads of NC2x's and they've all had the carbs same...
..how odd :-)

It should have 115's in it all round.
The carbs for the rear cylinders have an extra hole in the emulsion tubes tho
