VFR differences
G'Day, I'm new here and was just wondering if someone could explain the diffrences between the VFR400 NC24 and the VFR400 NC30 to me?
Cheers

Re: VFR differences
This is not an easy ask.. Basically they are different bikes. The Nc24 is a 180degree V4 that is of an older design generation than the NC30
The Nc24 is a great bike..and the fans of it will hate me...but it is not really the same animal.
Think of the VFR750 tourer of 1990 vs the RC30 racebike of the same period. The difference in design ethos is along the same lines.

Re: VFR differences
in terms of spares the NC30 is far easier to get parts for. the majority of V4 users on here are either NC30/35 so the knowlege on here about them is phenomenal.
the NC 30 is also a far better looking bike. it is also more common, so if being unique is your thing, then go for it.
but parts will be a pain to get

In terms of performance and handling there is not a great deal in it but the nc21/24 is more comfortable[especially for the taller rider]as there is more room
