Exhaust Diameter?
Hello All,
New on here, but having read lots of the threads I think you'll all probably be able to help me.
Can someone please tell me the diameter of the NC30 exhaust pipe where it gets sawn through to put a race can on?
I'm getting a road bike going again and am trying to do it on the cheap!
Thanks,
Paul

Re: Exhaust Diameter?
56mm springs to mind but I'm sure someone will confirm it soon. If not I'll have a look when I get home tonight.

Re: Exhaust Diameter?
Stainless pipe standard sizes for the nc are 35, 38, 41 od with 1.5 wall thickness.. On mine the headers are 35od, with 38 sleeves that slip over the port flange, these sizes are designed to fit inside each other, so when you transition from headers to 2into1, you use the next size up, so basicly its 35od into 38od into 41od at the muffler.. Hope this helps, busy welding up an underseat system as well which is much cheaper than havin it done, tho you need access to a tig & pipe bender
