Not mine but I saw this on ebay a while back and liked it, so nicked the picture. I reckon not much to it except relocating the wiring harness. The nc23 is well suited with its pretty frame and tidy engine. You could try a CB1 sprocket cover, it's tidier and hides some water hoses. That bike also has another little cover around the gear output spline that tidies things up more, too.

Whoever did the bike in the picture has done a very neat and tidy job. They have painted the frame black. You can buy headlamps and the brackets to attatch them to the forks but he has obviously made something up to attatch the instruments to the top yoke.I notice he is still using the original clip-ons rather than higher bars and the original footrests rather than something lower and further forward. It wouild look better with some sort of nosecone or screen as well as giving protection from the wind blast to the rider at any speed over 50mph

If I wanted to change the handle bar for risers for a different position what would I have to change ie top yolks or any brackets and how difficult is it to change the light setup are they straight forward or fiddly?
