New fairing kit

Post by 1990nc30 »

Hi all,
I had quite a bad accident the other day on my nc30 smashing into the back of a tipper truck head first at 60mph.
I now need a new full fairing kit and am wondering whether you guys know of places to get a good set at a reasonable price. I've heard abs is the best material but i don't know!? I want to see if there's any better fairings than the ones on ebay from china, but if not i might have to settle for them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as always!
Cheers guys!

Have you had a look at the Tyga web site ?
They do some really good panel sets.

K Conversions do a set. Not the best quality in the world but if you know your way around a bike and dont mind spending the time fitting the stupid things then theyre definitely worth a look for the money. Search for k conversions vfr on youtube and youll see the nc30 i bought last week complete with k conversions fairings (the one with the remote start). Bikes undergoing a major overhaul atm due to previous owner absolutely fucking it up. He should be ashamed, the fact that he'd broken the headlight brackets then secured them with a length of curtain wire gives you an idea. Cue the HM Plant rep im planning, pics to come soon.

Take a look. Tyga are better but also more expensive, its whatever suits your budget i guess.

The chinese reps are not that bad. They are not OEM standard by far. But they look pretty good for the cash IMO
