I would be looking at plugs.

These bikes are notorius for killing plugs off. Have a search for new plugs..you will find that a lot of the times we have an NC that refuses to play it is cured by plugs.
Stickshift knows his stuff - one of the Antipodean Old Skool with a lot of NC experience :ugeek:

new plug have just been ordered and if it still don't work then i'll have a spare set.

One problem i had was...

Bike would not start at all,

Took tank off, plugs out, spark all good, poured fuel through airbox, bike would run, tank on, bike run for a bit, tank off, etc..

The guy fitting the tank was putting the vacumn fuel pipe onto the wrong connection..

Should be connected to the 3 o'clock position on the tank, not the 6..

Connected bike to car via jump leads, fired up with loads of flames through exhaust..
