remerber that speedo's have an error of aprox 10% so that 130 indicated is actually under 120 real speed
try riding with a satav to see what your really doing

Oh god we have not had this one posted for a while.
120mph - 125mph depending on gearing, not a penny more.
But then my mate did say that his dads mate who owns a NC30 that has had "loads" of engine work done on it, and he got 150mph out of it, and I know it was correct because I was on my CBR600RRRRRRRRR and that has a digital Speedo so it cant lie.

well my mates brothers dads springer spaniel did a stand up wheelie through a speed camera past a busa at 150 and i have the photo to prove it....o and the bike was restricted

Hi,
I've had 120 on the clock (jap import), but i have one of those blue converters on the speedo. Does that converter thing do away with the jap restriction

it will do,as the speedo would have to reach 180 before the restriction kicks in......and you won't reach 180mph!!!!!!

the uk speedo is in mph reads and 140 mph, the revcounter reads 14000.so 10.000 rpm in top gear is 100mph. so 13000 rpm is 130 mph,so what rpm are you pulling.
