If one of you would be so kind

to provide me with a picture of what an exhaust port gasket looks like (new) just so I can be sure.

Think I have the right ones but dont want to put everything back on the bike only to tear it all down again because the damn things leaks.

Thanks in advance,

There are these made of tin? on the outerside and some foam/cardboard? in the middle:

as well as these made of copper:

Both serve the same purpose and should work equally well! :)

Thanks speedy :D

The copper ones look very familiar. Had to put some coppergrease on em to stop them falling out when I was getting the small section of the rear exhaust in place!

That now means I can put my zorst system back on! 8-)

Hey Dx4, just a quick one... i got some copper gaskets off ebay thinking I was saving a quid or two and they turned out to be wrong. The guy swore that he had sold 500 sets and no one had ever sent them back... The thing is they would fit but they were def wrong. The propper ones are 40mm OD and 32mm ID just in case you make the same mistake. I ended up getting geniune Honda ones that were £2.02 ea.

hi Stif,

Thankfully I stayed away from ebay when I was buying. Went to wemoto instead, chiefly because their delivery speed (at least for me with items they have ready stock of) is freakin awesome!

Will note the sizes for the future tho dude. Mr Honda's prices sure can suck sometimes
