take the carbs off - look at washers...take the washers out of the inlets.. simple!

take tank off, take air box off, under the carbs are the rubber that the restrictors are in, each has 2 jubilee clips undo the top one bellow each carb, now the carbs shud pull off about an inch (throttle cables etc holding it on any more)from there u can get your hands in the rubbers and take the washers out
