Footrest paddock stand
Hi guys and gals,
Im looking at getting some footrest support stands made up and wanted to know if anybody on here would be interested in a set?
As im sure you all know the type of stand in question allow you to remove the swing arm etc with ease. They are also pretty useful for general rear wheel removal/chain adjustment etc. They do however, only work with fixed pegs.
Im gonna make a few sets and stick them on ebay cause obviously they won't be model specific.
I would imagine they will work out at about £30-£35 a pair.... Pretty good compared to others on the market at around £80.
Let me know what you think and I will get some pics up as soon as I have the first sets.
Cheers,
Matthew 116

Not wanting to piss on your camp-fire, but I've been using axle standes for years and they're only a tenner.

I use axle stands too, cheap and easily bought from anywhere.
Use both for raising the bike, or just one to act as a side stand.
