Fork Oil ?????

Does anyone know what weight of Fork Oil should be used in a 1989 400H ?

The fork seals are leaking so thought I may as well change the oil while I'm doing it, but there don't seem to be any workshop manuals readily available for my bike.

So the questions is, does anyone have any idea of the recomended fluid type/weight and also how much should be added to eack fork?
