Well http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/ is the place to go for genuine honda parts. and as for tyres, i'd reccommend (and im sure many others will) Bridgestones BT92's. Dont really know the best supplier, best just to ask the garage you want to get it done by.

Just had a look in the Traders Post section and Graeme France is doing a good deal on the plugs you need: http://400greybike.getmyip.com/newforum ... =17&t=5587
I'm sure he can sort you out with all the other bits too, also at good prices! 8-)
Rick Oliver is another very well established and trusted member on here, which can sort you out with the parts needed! :)

As for tyres, I'go for Bridgestone BT090 in standard sizes 120/60-17 F ~ 150/60-17 R! Spring & Summer should be along shortly(ish) ;) and these are some of the stickiest; for longivity & decent grip, a combination of a BT090 F & a BT92 R seems to be a popular choice by peeps on here! Pirelli Diablo Corsa's are also super sticky!

P.s. Welcome aboard! :)
