ZXR400 fork conversion requirements?!
Hi, basically it's all in the title, what's required?
Do the NC calipers fit? Spacers required etc?
Cheers

Re: ZXR400 fork conversion requirements?!
I converted a suzuki a short while ago to run a complete zxr 400 front end and to be honest there is plenty of spares around which are cheap to get hold of. I used everything off the zxr front end wheel calipers spindle etc.i smashed out the stem of the kawasaki bottom yolk and got a local machine shop to turn out a new stem to accept the larger diameter lower headrace bearing. It was pretty straight forward and cost around 300 quid all in. The only trouble you may have is with the steering locks on the frame.

OK I have some 'L' model forks coming, I see RO does a fitting kit, what does that comprise of? Should I be looking for some ZXR calipers too, what about discs are the NC ones fine?
Cheers All.
