eh??? speed limits still 70
but yeah i cleaned the airfilter and it seems to have made a bit of difference, it doesnt stutter as much at high revs.
i need new spark plugs as well it seems.

give it a full service before you start messing with things.
A clogged air-filter will make it run richer as there is less air.
New Air Filter / Plugs / Fresh Fuel / Do the Oil while your at it / Valve Clearances / Check carbs.
Once you've done all that you can start tunining it with jettings etc.
