Headers/down pipes/manifold/whatever
It looks like black widow no long make the headers anyone know of another company that makes them as mine snapped just behind the “box” part and is pretty rusted out

Delkevic in Sandy may be able to help. They have patterns for 100s of bikes so can make pretty much any system if it's no longer a stock item.
Other than that, try a local engineering and fabrication company. I've lost count of the times a local fab shop has done me a good welded repair.
