Welcome aboard F1ngers,

Best spot on thw web for 400s right here. Dont be shy in starting your own build thread and ask plenty of questions.

My advice on carbs.

If u are unsure on the condition and age of them. Strip them and start fresh. Take note at what settings all the screws and jets are at. (Count half turns of a screwdriver when seating them all the way in) once stripped and clean throw some new orings and gaskets at them and set the setting to factory.

And them you have a nice clean know factor to work from if u still have issues.
