New throttle cables fitted (cheap ones from China) think I'll order some Honda ones as the fit isn't great)
And the fairing back on read for Sunday I can't wait.

Strategically mounted to capture the rev counter, road and not the speedo just incase pc plod gets hold of me.
I'll upload the video tonight.

Ride out went OK
Front brake needs work
Rev counter showing faulty reading is back.
Throttle is a bit off to much play
And still seems as it's not revving freely about half of the time. But when it does rev well it goes really well and pulls hard.
Some more tweaking required but I'll get it sorted.

Think I've found the problem with the engine not revving freely.
It wasn't getting enough fuel. When I put the tank back on I'd trapped the fuel tank breather pip causing an in balance in pressure in the tank. I'll find out if it's fixed Thursday.

Just won this rs250 shock that's already been modified to fit an nc30.
The bloke used it to race the Manx TT some 5 years ago. Will be fitted over the winter. Image
