Only just seen this, Mike that's amazing I have no need for a set of bearings at the minute but will be buying a set in the new year regardless.

Hi All:

I am getting a lot of positive replies regarding bearings. However, as the investment from me will be huge, I am trying to get a feel for how many people plan to buy bearings from me in the very near future - weather for a rebuild that is immediate, or for a future rebuild down the road. Please let me know your plans. mike@mngforce.com

Mike, OEM part list has differing P/N for front and rear con-rod bearing shells, but your website does not list both type. Oil hole to locating lug relationship appears to be the difference. Have I missed something?

Yes, you missed the Honda update where they put 2 holes in the rod bearings to make them universal. Updated Honda part numbers end with -405

Hi All:

I am very sorry that I have not been active on here. I have been struggling to get a smaller-than-normal engine workload done while suffering from continued back pain. It looks like I am going in for Surgery #7 in the near future.

Now, for the good news! The Conrod Bearings have shipped from Japan today (22nd-Feb-2017). I should see them by tomorrow. The Main Bearings are promised to ship Friday, and I hope to see those Monday (27th-Feb-2017).

I will post when they arrive.

Be well, Mike. We need you healthy first, and productive second, because that's the order they must be. :)

I'm in for a set, but don't have plans to tear the engine down until I get EFI working. So probably end of '17, personally.
