It is nowt to do with ramair and all to do with shielding the carbs from a hot engine and ensuring that the air inder the tank is cooler.
Worth getting...yeah, why not. I have one on both my bikes.
BTW that seller is IFTNFS from here...a good kid so buy it from him if anyone!

Awesome, I'll keep an eye on it...can I just fit it or would it better compliment some other mods?

It will fit as it stands and be OK - fitting carbs can be a ballache so don't be afraid to trim it if required.
I don't use an airbox lid so I rely on mine to feed the cooler air under the tank and so the motor can breathe it.
The main issue will be to stop the carbs and the fuel in the float chambers getting too hot in competition. The little snout sticking out also looks cool.
drop Tim, (tkr) an email and see what he will do it for you at 400gb prices? no point getting a bidding war as he makes them so it is ont as if you can miss the opportunity of getting hold of one.

i have one on my nc30, you might need to sort the jetting out. i know i need to as it overfuels now.
but am gonna wait until i have fitted the few other little mods i have, before i get it all sorted out.
