Carburetor cleaning Pilot screw help

Hey people i removed the carburetor of cb 400 92 for cleaning.But i didnt mark how many turns out from fully in was the pilot screw needle.Can anyone advise me what to do ?My bike has original airbox &filter &exhaust! Thanks!

fairly sure its 2 1/2 turns out but correct me if im wrong pls guys
